Ukraine and leading international energy companies have signed an agreement to conclude a production sharing agreement (PSA) on the Skifske hydrocarbon deposit on the Black Sea shelf. The official signing ceremony took place in New York on Wednesday, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
