• Order no. 6 dated February 14th 2013 for setting prices for last resort natural gas supply in the city of Motru, Gorj County, by the last resort supplier S.C. GDF SUEZ ENERGY ROMANIA – S.A.
• Decision no. 398 dated February 14th 2013 for the withdrawal of License no. 676/2006 of natural gas supply in Motru locality belonging to Motru municipality, Gorj County, granted to S.C. BEN & BEN – S.A.
• Decision no. 399 dated February 14th 2013 for the appointment of S.C. GDF SUEZ ENERGY ROMANIA – S.A. as a last resort supplier in the city of Motru, Gorj County.
