The Ministry of Economy is looking for directors for Nuclearelectrica, Romgaz and Transgaz

 

The Ministry of Economy is searching directors for companies Nuclearelectrica, Romgaz and Transgaz (BSE: TGN), the candidates interested being able to submit their files until March 31st. The selection will be conducted by the Office of State Ownership and Privatization in Industry (OPSPI), assisted by a consortium consisting of companies Quest Advisors and Transearch International, according to a ministry release. “The files including documents requested for application will be submitted/sent (…) no later than on March 13th 2013, at 16:00 o’clock”, the announcement reads. The Board of Directors of each of the three companies consists of five members. Quest Advisors was established by Vasile Lutai Hariton and is led by him with Loredana Serfezi and Andreea Acalovschi, while Transearch International is an international recruiting firm, with subsidiaries in several countries. Among the criteria taken into account for choosing directors is an experience of at least ten years, of which at least five years in management or administration positions, as well as experience in managing companies with businesses of at least EUR 100mln or with 1,000 employees.
