The mandatory acquisition quota of green certificates for 2014

Order no. 8/2015 of the National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) setting the mandatory acquisition quota of green certificates for 2014 was published in the Official Gazette of Romania no. 154 from March 4^th 2015

The ANRE Order stipulates: The mandatory acquisition quota of green certificates for economic operators required to purchase green certificates, for 2014, is set at 0.218 green certificates/MWh. The National Electricity and Natural Gas Market Operator OPCOM – S.A., electricity producers from renewable sources and economic operators previously mentioned shall fulfill the provisions of this order. Organizational entities of the National Energy Regulatory Authority shall monitor the compliance with the provisions of this Order.
