for issuing the establishment permits and licenses in the natural gas sector

CHAPTER 1

General provisions

Art. 1

(1) This regulation is issued in accordance with the provisions of Art. 10 paragraph (1) letter c) of the Law no. 160/2012 for the approval of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 33/2007 on the amendment and supplementation of the Electricity Law no. 13/2007 and of the Gas Law no. 351/2004.

(2) The National Energy Regulatory Authority, hereinafter referred to as ANRE, is entitled, as competent authority, to issue, amend, suspend or withdraw the permits and licenses stipulated in Art. 7 and Art. 8 for the activities referred to in Art. 6, under the conditions of the Electricity and Natural Gas Law no. 123/2012 and of this regulation.
