• Decision no. 1021 of November 11th 2014 on the approval of the Addendum no. 1 to the Petroleum concession agreement for exploration – development – exploitation, in EX – 28 Est Cobalcescu block, concluded between the National Agency for Mineral Resources and Melrose Resources Romania B.V., together with S.C. Petromar Resources S.A., approved under  Government Decision no. 1.021/2011
