The National Energy Regulatory Authority

• Order no. 62 of August 2^nd 2013 for the approval of the Regulation for the identification, notification and sanctioning breaches of the regulations issued in the energy field.
• Order no. 63 of August 14^th 2013 amending Annex no. 4 to ANRE Order no. 46/2012 on the approval of tariffs and financial contributions charged by the National Energy Regulatory Authority
• Order no. 64 of August 14^th 2013 on the approval of the minimum stock of natural gas for supply license holders and of the natural gas stock level for the holder of the license of operation of the National Natural Gas Transmission System, for the 2013-2014 storage cycle.
