- Order no. 86 of November 27th 2013 on the amendment of art. 5 of ANRE Order no. 40/2013 on the approval of regulated tariffs of electricity supplied by suppliers of last resort to household consumers included in the category of household consumers, which haven’t exercised the eligibility right.
