Order no. 63 of April 8th 2015 amending the Order of the President of the National Energy Regulatory Authority no. 21/2015 on the approval of prices for regulated supply of natural gas by SC E.ON ENERGIE ROMANIA – S.A.

ISSUED BY: The National Energy Regulatory Authority

In consideration of provisions of

art. 178 paragraph (2) letter a) and of art. 179 paragraph (6) of the Electricity and Natural Gas Law no. 123/2012, with subsequent amendments and additions,

pursuant to the provisions of

art. 10 paragraph (1) letter a) of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 33/2007 on the organization and functioning of the National Energy Regulatory Authority, approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 160/2012,

the President of the National Energy Regulatory Authority issues this Order:

Article I. Appendix no 2 to the Order of the President of the National Energy Regulatory Authority no. 21/2015 on the approval of prices for regulated supply of natural gas by SC E.ON ENERGIE ROMANIA – S.A., published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 210 of March 30th 2015, shall be amended and replaced with the appendix which is an integral part of this Order.

Article II. The licensed operator shall fulfill the provisions of this Order and the competent departments of the National Energy Regulatory Authority shall monitor their compliance.

Article III. This Order shall be published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, and shall enter into force on May 1st 2015.
