• Order no. 146 of December 10th 2014 on the establishment of the regulated rate of return applied to the approval of tariffs for electricity distribution service provided by concessionaires distribution operators as of 1 January 2015 and repealing art. 112 of the Methodology for setting the tariffs for the electricity distribution service, approved by Order of the President of the National Energy Regulatory Authority no. 72/2013
