The Board of Directors of Conpet Ploiesti (RASDAQ: COTE) proposes the replacement of two members

 

The Board of Directors of Conpet Ploiesti proposes the appointment of Carmen Madalina Hristu and of Ilarie Adrian Moldovan as directors, instead of the former members, who have resigned, Mihai Saptefrati and George Vladimir Duhan. The appointment of the two members will be discussed in the general assembly of shareholders scheduled for March 14th, according to a release of the company. Conpet is the operator of the national transmission system of petroleum products. The Ministry of Economy controls 58.71% in Conpet, while the Property Fund owns 29.7% of the titles. The company has a market capitalization of RON 333.3mln (EUR 76mln).
