Romgaz Medias took over Iernut power plant

Romgaz took over on Thursday the sole direct control over Elcen’s certain assets, more specifically Electrocentrale Mures Branch – Iernut Thermal Power Plant, Romgaz announced. The transfer of the ownership right over CTE Iernut has been made in order to extinguish the debt of Electrocentrale Bucharest to SNGN Romgaz SA.
