Romanian government to endorse debt settlement with KazMunaiGaz
Romania’s government will endorse as a contract between the state and KazMunaiGaz the debt settlement previously endorsed as a law, PM Victor Ponta explained as quoted by Adevarul daily. The move is aimed at avoiding a deadlock after the constitutional court explained at the end of 2013 that the issue cannot be regulated under a bill – but rather under a contract.
