OPCOM: OTC electricity trading platform to become operational on Feb. 1, 2014
An over-the-counter (OTC) platform for electricity trading in Romania will become operational on February 1, 2014, Director General of Romania’s OPCOM gas and electricity market operator Victor Ionescu told a conference on the liberalisation of the power market.
