Nechifor will discuss with the Economy Minister about the completion of Pojorata – Vatra Dornei gas pipeline

President of Suceava County Council Catalin Nechifor has stated that he planned to discuss with Economy Minister Varujan Vosganian about the possibility to include construction works of the gas main between Pojorata and Vatra Dornei on Transgaz’s investment list. Nechifor has specified that the representatives of this company had already informed that for this year there are funds for new investments allocated and that they would try to start works at the gas main between Pojorata and Vatra Dornei. He showed that Transgaz had to build a gas main with a length of 33km connecting Pojorata to Vatra Dornei. Transgaz took over in 2009 investments in building the gas pipelines completed through the program “Suceava – Utility and Environment at European Standards”, undertaking the responsibility to complete the investments in the natural gas segment included in this project, one of them being the Pojorata – Vatra Dornei gas pipeline.
