- Government Emergency Ordinance no. 18 from March 27th 2013 for the appointment of the public entity that exercises, on behalf of the state, the shareholder quality at the National Electricity Transmission Company Transelectrica – S.A. and at the National Natural Gas Transmission Company Transgaz – S.A. Medias.
