DECISION no. 22 dated January 22nd 2013 regarding the establishment of the acquisition price of natural gas from domestic production for the regulated natural gas market
Pursuant to art. 108 of the Constitution of Romania, republished, of art. 181, paragraph (5) of the Electricity and Natural Gas Law no 123/2012.
The Government of Romania adopts this decision.
Art. 1
The acquisition price of natural gas from domestic production for the regulated market is established according to the annex that is an integral part of this decision.
Art. 2
The acquisition price of natural gas from domestic production for the regulated market, from the underground storage facilities, purchased as of February 1st 2013, is the acquisition price of the injection cycle plus the tariffs related to the provision of underground storage services, approved by the National Energy Regulatory Authority.
Art. 3
This decision shall apply until December 31st 2014.
