• Decision no. 1226 from May 17^th 2013 amending the Decision of the President of the National Energy Regulatory Authority no. 1228/2008 on the exemption for the Romanian section of the Nabucco gas pipeline from the provisions of the legislation on third party access to natural gas transmission systems and tariff methodologies.
