• Order no. 9 of February 12^th 2014 on the approval of the Procedure on forecasting and invoicing deviations of electricity consumptions for consumption places with an approved power higher than or equal to 1MVA and repealing paragraphs (13) and (14) of art. 26 of the Methodology for determining prices and tariffs for end-customers that don’t have the eligibility right, approved by Order of the President of the National Energy Regulatory Authority no. 82/2013
