- Order no. 148 of October 1st 2015 amending and supplementing the Methodology for setting and adjusting prices for electricity and thermal energy produced and delivered from cogeneration power plants benefiting from the support scheme, respectively the bonus for high-efficiency cogeneration, approved by Order of the President of the National Energy Regulatory Authority no. 15/2015
