Order no. 73/2017 amending the Annex no. 2 to the Order of the President of the National Regulatory Authority for Energy no. 40/2016 approving the total revenue and the transmission tariffs for the activity of gas transmission through gas transmission pipelines Isaccea 1 – Negru Vodă 1

In consideration of provisions of art. 178 paragraph (2) letter a) and art. 179 paragraph (2) letter e), paragraph (4) and paragraph (6) of the Electricity and Gas Law no. 123/2012, with subsequent amendments and additions,

pursuant to provisions of art. 10 paragraph (1) letters a) and m) of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 33/2007 on the organization and functioning of the National Energy Regulatory Authority, approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 160/2012, as well as to provisions of art. 24 of the Methodology for booking transmission capacity and for determining tariffs for services of gas transmission through Isaccea-Negru Vodă transmission pipelines, approved by Order of the President of the National Regulatory Authority for Energy no. 34/2016,

the President of the National Regulatory Authority for Energy issues this Order.

Art. I. – ANNEX No. 2 to the Order of the President of the National Regulatory Authority for Energy no. 40/2016 approving the total revenue and the transmission tariffs for the activity of gas transmission through gas transmission pipelines Isaccea 1 – Negru Vodă 1, published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 617 of 11 August 2016, with further amendments, shall be amended and replaced with the annex, which is an integral part of this Order.

Art. II. – The National Gas Transmission Company TRANSGAZ – S.A. shall fulfill the provisions of this Order, and the competent departments of the National Regulatory Authority for Energy shall monitor their compliance.

Art. III. – This Order shall be published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, and shall come into force on 1 October 2017.
