Unisun Announces Grid Connection for 19.59MW PV Project in Romania

 

China-based Unisun announced that three photovoltaic (PV) power plants with a total installed capacity of 19.59MW, in which the company has invested and for which the company is acting as an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor, were successfully connected to the grid and have received six green certificates. The Dej, Setra and Clue plants have installed capacities of 5.98MW, 6.4MW and 7.14MW respectively.

The 19.59MW project is co-invested by Unisun and Zhejiang International Trade New Energy Investment. Unisun Energy GmbH, the German division of Unisun, serves as the EPC contractor, and the Romanian division of Unisun is responsible for green certificate sales, operations and maintenance. The three plants are expected to generate up to 8 million euros in electricity and subsidy revenues annually.
