ANRE Order no. 10/2013

 

The National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) has issued an order updating the limit trading values of green certificates and the value of a green certificate not acquired, applicable for 2013. The order was published in the Official Gazette of Romania no. 151 from March 21st 2013. Thus, under the ANRE Order 10/2013, the trading values of green certificates on the green certificates market for 2013 are the following:

a)      minimum value of RON 129.64/green certificate (i.e. EUR 28.876/green certificate);

b)      maximum value of RON 264.09/green certificate (i.e. EUR 58.823/green certificate).

The value of the green certificate not acquired by economic operators who have the annual obligation to acquire green certificates, in case of failure to fulfill the mandatory quota of green certificates acquisition for 2013, is RON 528.17/ green certificate not acquired (i.e. EUR 117.646/green certificate not acquired).

Energy market operator OPCOM S.A., Transelectrica S.A. Bucharest, electricity producers from renewable sources and economic operators who have the annual obligation to acquire green certificates shall fulfill the provisions of this order.
