Transgaz Medias (TGN) pays to shareholders a gross dividend of RON 21.29 as of June 28th

The National Natural Gas Transmission Company Transgaz announces the payment of a gross dividend related to the financial year of 2012 of RON 21.29/share as of June 28^th 2013, for shareholders registered on June 14^th, according to a communique submitted on Monday to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE). According to the announcement, payment will be made through the units of BRD Groupe Societe Generale. Also, Transgaz specifies that the value of RON 21.29/share represents the gross value of the dividend. The net value/share will result by applying the legal tax related to each category of shareholders (residents, non-residents, natural and legal persons), in accordance with the provisions of the tax legislation in force. Bank fees for paying the net dividends in RON are paid by SNTGN Transgaz SA Medias, Agerpres reports.
