New director for Oil Terminal Constanta (BSE: OIL)

The Board of Directors of Oil Terminal Constanta appointed a new provisional director. According to a report submitted to BSE, following the resignation of director Cristian Dragan, the Board decided to empower Madalina Hristu on the vacant position, following to stay in this office until the first General Assembly of Shareholders, which will vote on the election of a new director. Madalina Hristu was the personal adviser of Ludovic Orban, when he was Minister of Transportation. The Board of Directors of Oil Terminal Constanta consists of seven persons.
