Methodology for setting the electricity distribution tariff for legal persons, other than operators concessionaires of electricity distribution

–          review of the ANRE Order no. 3/2007

Purpose

Art. 1 – This Methodology establishes:

a)      the calculation and application manner of the tariff/tariffs for the electricity distribution service performed by an economic operator, – owner of a distribution network, but which does not have a concession agreement concluded for the distribution service under the law-, hereinafter referred to as distribution operator, to the benefit of network users, hereinafter referred to as users,

b)      the commercial relations between the distribution operator and users, related to the provision of the electricity distribution service.
