Mihail Stanculescu is the new acting managing director of Hidroelectrica

Mihail Stanculescu, the current head of the development division, will also have duties of acting managing director of Hidroelectrica. This decision has been made following the release from office of Stefan Gheorghe, who last week was appointed managing director at Transelectrica. Mihail Stanculescu will be Hidroelectrica’s interim manager for a limited period, until the recruitment of a private manager, according to GEO 109/2011 on corporate governance.
