Daniela Lulache, former head of Fondul Proprietatea (FP), officially becomes the director of Nuclearelectrica

 

Daniela Lulache, former managing director of Fondul Proprietatea (FP), was appointed last week managing director of the state-owned company Nuclearelectrica, upon proposal of the consultant Quest Advisors, OPSPI head Gabriel Dumitrascu stated on Tuesday for Mediafax. “Mrs. Lulache was chosen for this position by the nominating committee, upon proposal of Quest Advisors”, Dumitrascu said. Lulache is also member of the Board of Directors of Nuclearelectrica. She led Fondul Proprietatea until December 2009 and collected that year management indemnities, performance bonus and compensations of RON 1.86mln (EUR 440,000). The Ministry of Economy proposed Daniela Lulache since last year for taking over the position of interim managing director of Nuclearelectrica.
